I recently had the pleasure of working with realtor Jason Pithers and his team from The Pithers Group in purchasing my new home in the Tampa Bay Area. Buying a house is not easy, especially when you are relatively new to the area, but he put my mind at ease and assured me that he will help me to find my dream home which he did. Jason was on the job from the day one, a good listener and he responded to my every request and whim very patiently. He worked diligently to help find me the right home and his associates were equally knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. What impressed me the most was that he and his team went out of their way to help me navigate certain roadblocks in the process, some occurring even after we closed on the house. Thanks JASON.

Dyan was absolutely exceptional throughout the entire home-buying process. Despite being 1,000 miles away in Philadelphia while the house was in Tampa, I always felt completely supported. Dyan was extraordinarily responsive and hands-on, managing every detail with precision and care. And what could have been a major curveball - a hurricane hitting just weeks before closing - only proved how exceptional Dyan is. She liaised seamlessly with lawyers, negotiated effectively with the sellers, and coordinated all aspects of prepping the home for sale, including utilizing the RealVitalize program to cover prep and repair costs. Dyan also took charge of post-hurricane repairs, ensuring everything was addressed quickly and thoroughly to keep the transaction on track, which was a minor miracle in and of itself. Her professionalism, fairness, and even-keeled approach made a potentially stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Dyan's responsiveness and ability to balance multiple moving parts with ease truly set her apart. I couldn’t have asked for a better partner in this process, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone in need of a top-notch realtor!

Dyan and her team did an amazing job helping us find our condo- From negotiating the price to tracking the inspections and repairs to final closing. Very detail oriented , excellent follow up and communication. I trust the Pithers for my home purchases !

Worth every single penny! You don’t understand what a realtor can do for you until you work with Jason & Dyan. Their knowledge of the area and the real estate market will save you time and money. Not sure when they get time to themselves but feeling like you’re their only client is a wonderful feeling. Truly would not have gotten our new home without Dyan’s ability to negotiate with difficult sellers. If you’re searching for someone to help, stop, you’ve found them.
