AJ Del Rosario and Charles are the best Kollab real estate really eased the pain of buying our first home in California. AJ Del Rosario is a true professional who understands the market really well in depth. To be honest, buying in bay area is a huge challenge and they helped us navigate the markets quickly and most efficiently. He and his team were incredibly patient with us. AJ was available to us to answer our never ending questions, negotiate with the seller. Aj's support throughout the process starting from viewing the houses till closing was commendable. No matter how far the house showing is both of them were available to give us the tour in detail. They not only just helped with the buying process but also gave us many good buying/investment tricks, explain us the inspections reports in detail for hours which no agent will literally tell you.
