I reached out to Julie to help find a home in the Bay Area as I was planning a move from the East Coast. We flew in for a weekend to explore the area and see some homes, and she and Mark arranged a full day of showings, driving us around all day! Even after we left, they continued to attend open houses and do virtual tours with us, ensuring we didn’t miss any opportunities. We knew very little about the California market, and they guided us through every step with their expertise and advice. They were truly amazing and exceeded all expectations. I’ve worked with quite a few realtors, and Julie and Mark Wyss are the best of the best!

Julie and the whole team at Wyss Group did a tremendous job with the sale of our home, and we can recommend them without hesitation. Our entire process was professionally and expertly handled from start to finish. Right from day one, Julie and Mark gave us very helpful insight and great advice as we prepared to sell. Bianca was just fantastic as our main day-to-day contact and did a really great job in managing everything. Kyle delivered great results with our open house weekend, and Trina made sure that everything stayed on track. Everyone they brought in to help, from their photographer, staging expert, handyman, title/escrow team and various other professionals, were first-rate as well. It's a results business, and Julie and the Wyss Group delivered there too. We accepted an over-asking offer shortly after our open house, and Julie and Bianca guided us through a fast, easy and uneventful close. Overall we felt the entire process went really well, and we can highly recommend Julie and her team.

Julie and Mark are a professional Real Estate team who smoothly and quickly sold our home in Almaden. The team approach, including their daughter, leverages each person's skills and enables them to be very responsive throughout the whole process. Specifically in the area of home preparation and inspection, their guidance was crucial to getting the best value for our home. The final negotiation had some twists that Julie managed to our best advantage. All in all, we were very lucky when we selected Julie and her team.
