Wow, what an experience. When we began this process we weren't sure where to start other than looking at homes on Zillow. Once we were recommended buy a friend to reach out to Terese, she was immediately supportive of our goals and ambitions for our first home. From the time we first started working with Terese through the final steps of the process, she was extremely knowledgeable and personable - offering consistent updates and walking us through each of the various stages. She negotiated favorably for us and continued to back our requests for any changes or upgrades we required before finalizing the deal. Through our process, we keyed in on 2 other homes before finding our dream home. Each of those first 2 homes looked great inside and out and we thought we were getting a steal. After Terese's recommendation for additional inspections on each of those homes, we came to find out there were many, very expensive issues hidden within each house. Her persistence with seeking out any potential issue on our future home helped us avoid major catastrophe and years of construction and financial setbacks. We are so grateful for her guidance and determination to seek out any potential issues. Her above and beyond approach to home buying really saved us from a potential disaster. I would highly recommend Terese to anyone who is looking to buy or sell. She will fight for you, explain the process and paperwork thoroughly, and do it all with a welcoming smile. There's no other person we would trust with our next home buying or home selling experience.

Karolina was a breath of fresh air when going through the home buying process. We had worked with several agents before her and none had the preparation, patience, knowledge, or understanding that she brought. Every open house or tour she prepped us before hand, provided any documents we requested, and guided us through every step of the process. Doug and Terese were exceptional in selling my home, providing cost-effective repair suggestions that yielded a very good ROI and managing all contractor work seamlessly.
