Tyler Daniels is the absolute best realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is also just a great person in general. My family and I were planning a move to the Colorado Springs area and we really wanted to buy a house. We could not be there in person to house shop, so getting some good video footage and honest feedback on the properties was extremely important. Tyler quickly scheduled showings that we requested and advised us on the condition of the house and the surrounding area. He was honest and tailored the videos around the specific criteria we gave him for what we were looking for in a home. We ended up deciding later on that with rising interest rates and some other concerns we had that renting was our best option for now. We felt horrible for having sent Tyler to all these locations just to end up not buying but as I said before, he is just a great person. He understood our situation and he also provided contacts and resources to help us find a rental property. I have discovered over the years that finding honest good people is difficult nowadays. Tyler is one of these rare gems and made me more than willing to recommend him and the entire Daniels team to anyone that is looking to buy or sell in the Colorado Springs area. A++++ x1000!

Tyler and his team were amazing throughout the entire process. They were always timely in their communication and answering our questions. They made the process seem easy. They also had great connections and resources so that we could go with a great lender. They helped us find and purchase our dream home. Even after closing they share contacts for landscaping services and other businesses. They made us feel like more than clients. We felt like we were part of their team.

The members of the Daniels Team were courteous and they were skillful in guiding us through the multiple phases of preparing, listing, showing, and selling our Black Forest home. Alan personally met with us numerous times and provided helpful recommendations on staging and pricing the home and insight on accepting one of the offers we received.

Tyler and his team at The Daniels Group helped us find the perfect home for our family in Colorado Springs. Tyler ensured that my wife and I were able to see any home that we were interested in. We were living in Alexandria, VA when Tyler helped us purchase our home. The distance was not an issue and in fact, we chose The Daniels Team because they helped another military family that we know purchase their home from Germany! He even recorded some zoom sessions for us when my wife was unable to attend the showing. Tyler's knowledge of the Colorado Springs area and also of the school districts played heavily in our decision. He also made sure that all of our prerequisites for a home were met.
