This is the 2nd time we have listed and sold a house with Alex. He was so helpful in getting our rental up to date and ready to put on the market. He had excellent recommendations as to what would help sell the home and even contractors that he has used and trusted. As with our previous sale, the house sold quickly and for over asking price. Alex is very attentive and responsive to his clients and we always felt very confident in his abilities to get our property sold quickly and for the best price.

Ketty did an outstanding job in helping myself and my family purchase our first home. She was highly responsive and on top of everything. It was clear she cared about helping us and not just selling a house. She gave us great advice, asked us what we were looking for and gave pros and cons about the properties we were looking at. She was patient and kind with us and made sure we got the best deal we could. She even went out of her way to get us a cute closing presence which was greatly appreciated. She made sure that every step of the process I knew what I had to do and want to expect. Her help and support made this incredibly stressful process alot easier for myself and my family!

THE BEST experience I could’ve asked for! What started as “just looking” ended as First time Homeowner! I can now refer to Zillow as a matchmaker! I was matched with Ketty from a viewing appt and from that day, she took me on, referred me to a lender, showed me properties even when I couldn’t make it in person. I am soo soo grateful to have met Ketty and hope this is the first of many home we work on together! I highly recommend KJ to anyone looking to buy or sell their home! She is responsive, knowledgeable and compassionate! 10/10 highly recommend!
