We had an absolutely amazing experience with Christine as she helped us find and purchase a home in Minneapolis. As a queer couple moving to the area from out of town, we really felt supported as Christine sought to understand our needs and help us find a home and neighborhood that perfectly fit what we were looking for. Her invaluable advice helped us submit a winning bid on a very short timeline! The whole experience from looking at homes to going through the closing process was incredibly seamless, and she was very communicative and responsive throughout. After we completed the purchase, Christine provided a wealth of contacts for all our home maintenance needs (cleaning, plumbing, electrical, roofing, dog-sitters, you name it!). You don’t just get a house with Christine; you get a network! One year later, we’re still talking about how great an experience it was— and we still feel like the house Christine helped us find and purchased is our dream home!

When we started working with Alex we immediately felt that we were in good hands. Alex was attentive and no detail was too small. With our prior realtor we had struck out 8 times in a row on offers in the competitive market, when we switched to Alex we succeeded on our first try. On top of that, he has been a great resource for us as first time homebuyers and made sure we settled in to our new house smoothly. Alex has been our realtor for years and has always done a fantastic job.
