I had the pleasure of working with Lori, during a very stressful time in my life. From the very first conversation, it was clear that she had an extensive knowledge of the market and was genuinely dedicated to selling my home. What stood out most was her attention to detail and personalized approach. She took the time to walk me through and explain how the selling process worked because this was the first time I sold a home. Fernanda at Berkshire Hathaway was excellent. She went above and beyond through every step of the way. She genuinely made me feel like family and cared about my interests. Fernanda was amazing! No words to describe how wonderful her service was! She always responded right away and was great at helping us negotiate the price! She helped us find a good location, since we were moving from out of state and had no idea where was a good neighborhood and where wasn’t as good, her knowledge was impressive! Referring her to anyone we know, and plan on buying our next home with her as well!
