Couldn’t speak more highly of Shaun. He loves real estate and it shows in the effort he puts forth. From communication to flexibility and follow through we could not be happier. Without hesitation would work with Shaun again and I prefer him to be my realtor should I look in the area again. Moving across the country is a big ordeal especially to a new area and its important to have someone that knows the area as well as he does and the impact it has on the family. Shaun was great.

45 minutes drive to show property was too long for him. Very unprofessional. He should not be in a list of agents for properties “inconvenient” for him.

I had the pleasure of both purchasing and selling a home with their assistance, and the experience was outstanding. I can’t emphasize enough how good of an experience my wife and I had working with Shaun and the Alt Group as our buyer’s agent. The Alt Group came highly recommended to us through one of our professional networks. As out-of-state buyers, we relied on Shaun to make everything happen for us. He was always available and quick to respond. I know Shaun stays busy and closes a lot of properties, but he truly made us feel like we were his only clients! What I appreciate most about working with Shaun is his professional and dedication to representing my interests. Shaun was able to answer every question I threw at him, but, more importantly, he was always upfront in saying when there were things he couldn’t answer or predict (what-ifs, market-based predictions, etc). He was honest and straightforward in every interaction we had. My journey wasn’t the smoothest due to several document-related hiccups with my lender and title, and some complications due to my buying from out-of-state. Inlay every turn Shaun went out of his way to quickly resolve roadblocks and problems, in many cases without me even knowing. If you’re buying or selling a home in the Las Vegas area, Shaun and the Alt Group will go to bat for you and not stop until the keys are handed over.
