Danielle came highly reccomend recommended to us from a friend. We had never met her, nor had done any work with her prior. She found a few houses that my wife and I really loved. After choosing the right one for us, Danielle ended up doing the entire closing without us having ever met her or seeing the house in person. We couldn't be more happy with her work and efforts she put in. Communication between us and our lender (in a different state), her attenion to detail, flexibility with our schedules, and amazing personality on all our calls and video tours, all made for a very easy and fun experience. I would highly recommend her to anyone and would definitely use her again for our next home purchase in Henderson.

This was our third time going with Stefanie from The Carver Team. Once again Stefanie out did herself. We were very picky and wanted this to be our forever home and did not want to settle. Stefanie not only was very patient with us, she made sure we had the right people to assist us. From the perfect loan officer, home inspection company, and other great resources at our disposal. We worked with Danielle to purchase an investment property in 2012. This was during the real estate "crash" and we looked at a number of properties before making an offer on a "short-sale" in Henderson. This became a long process, but Danielle kept us updated along the way and made sure everything went smoothly. She even recommended a property management company that did a great job for us. If you are looking for a buyer's agent, Danielle is a great choice! Fast forward to 2024 and Danielle was the only agent we called when we decided to sell the property. She had some travelling scheduled when the house was on the market so, in order to make sure we were well taken care of, she brought in Leslie Carver (Owner of Team Carver) as a partner in the listing and sale of the house. We were once again extremely happy with the service provided by Danielle and Team Carver. The house needed some work to get ready for the market which could have been difficult as we live in another state. Our agents went above and beyond, handling all the estimates and scheduling of work. What we thought would take up to a month was completed quickly and the house was on the market in two weeks. They did a great job of marketing the property, generating an incredible number of showings. They kept us informed and updated on all the showings and feedback from realtors and prospective buyers. They provided excellent suggestions, including staging the property to make sure the house sold as quickly as possible and for top dollar. They really are a "team" with a customer service rep (Kathy) that was in constant contact during the sales process and an escrow specialist (Annette) that took over once the house was under contract. Both did a great job of keeping us informed and guiding us through a complicated process. If you are looking to buy or sell a property in Las Vegas, I highly recommend Danielle and the professionals at Team Carver.
