Ali is a true professional that knows his business, understands the market and most importantly listens to the client & does what is best for the clients needs. He did an outstanding job helping sell my Mom's home after my Dad passed away. He was attentive, supportive & had our best interest as his priority. My fiance and I just closed in our house a few weeks ago and still can't wrap our heads around how easy this process was compared to what others have said about the home buying process. Ali Merchant literally narrowed down each and every detail we wanted in a house and not only found it, but walked us through every step of the negotiation of getting it at the price point we wanted. In addition, once the list of repairs came back from inspection, he walked us through each item and pointed out each thing in terms of priority, vs less important things that we could do ourselves. This was important because we are first time home buyers and didn't really know what was serious and what wasn't. He took every phone call, and made himself available after hours when we really needed it, making our schedule adaptable to his. If I could give more stars I would. I cannot express how knowledgeable Ali is, and a review seems to not do it justice. Whether you're buying for the first time, or a seasoned buyer/seller, I PROMISE YOU, the home buying process and FINDING the right home couldn't be made any easier. Best wishes, DM

Ali was EXCELLENT and a great realtor representing my family's home sale. Ali went way above and beyond and was very patient with guiding older parents through the sale process. I would use his services again. Ten Stars!!!

Ali was the best realtor we can ask for! Luckily we found him in Zillow based from his expertise and high reviews from previous clients. My family and I are very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and experience in real estate that are truly valuable to us as first time home buyers. He made the whole process easy and stress free for us. Ali is very personable and dependable. He is very consistent and thorough with his work. He is also very responsive and attentive to us at all times even in the late nights. He always have a solution to everything. He is very flexible when touring homes as well. Ali has exceptional negotiating skills. He represented us really well and we got the best deal! He also helped us a lot through inspection phase, he made sure that the sellers were able to fix the major damages in the house including getting us a brand new roof! And on the last stretch of the process, Ali was very consistent until the end. He helped us reach our target closing date. He went above and beyond to have the sellers sign earlier than expected so we can finally move in. Thank you Ali Merchant for taking care of us and making sure we are happy with our first home. Ali went above and beyond to help me sell my condo in Grapevine. He took the time to explain every detail and made reviewing the many offers a pleasure.
