5 stars is not enough! 10 stars, 50 stars, 100 stars for Blushwood Realty! Would strongly recommend for anyone buying or selling a home. Rachel, Rachel, and Jenni are the best team around. Extremely knowledgeable and GREAT communicators. I never had any doubts or questions during my experience selling my home with this team. They were all so friendly and such a joy to work with. I cannot thank Rachel and Blushwood Realty Group enough for everything they did for me and my family. I had a house I needed to sell, but because of my family situation, I couldn’t allow showings. I had also received low offers from investors that weren’t enough to buy a new home, and I felt completely stuck. Rachel helped me find the perfect area in DFW, guided me to a great builder, and negotiated an amazing deal on my new home. She even made me a cash offer on my house, gave me plenty of time to move out, and helped me access part of the proceeds early so I could secure my new home. Our first impression of Blushwood Realty Group was how well they marketed another house in the neighborhood we lived in. From that point my husband and I knew that we wanted this group to become our listing agent. Over a period of 6 months, we stayed In touch with Rachel as she updated us with comparable sales and the trends of the market. It was clear that Rachel and her team were very knowledgeable and informative on everything there was to selling homes. They took beautiful listing photos, including drone pictures and a floor plan re-creation. As a result, we ended up receiving multiple offers and were able to find one that exceeded the price point of what we hoped for. Overall, we are so happy with the seamless process and the 5 stars service that this team provided. We recommend this group to all our family and friends who are interested in selling their home.

Kendell Roden at Blushwood Realty Group is by far the best realtor we have worked with yet. She was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. With her expertise and amazing attention given to us, along with the backing of her team, we always felt from day one we were in good hands.
