Allen Perry has been our go to Real Estate Expert for over a decade of house flips, land searches, investments and more. His knowledge of the ever-changing market is top shelf and he has also looked out for our best interest. We've always known he's had our back in decisions. He's even advised us against a few moves, which felt like those suggestions were always out of care for our future. We trust him and we cannot say this about every person in this industry. We've never felt like he tried to persuade us to make a quick transaction. If you have the joy of working with Allen, it'll be a good move for certain. It's also worth mentioning that he's been extremely patient in some of our hestancies. This world needs more Allen Perrys.

The nashville on the move team is incredible. I bought or sold 6 times with Allen Perry, including primary homes and my investment property. We had a fantastic time working with Allen and his team not only on buying our home initially in Nashville, but selling it 5 years later when we moved away. Allen really understood what we were looking for and had great awareness of opportunities around Nashville. His team is very professional and helps create great graphics and advertisements that I can say with experience really helped with exposure when selling. Had great insight and instinct with negotiations which he orchestrated beautifully. I can't recommend his team enough!
