I’m really confused as I’d worked with Stephen in the past. He had graciously answered questions before we were even working directly together, and then he helped me finish buying my first home just a couple of years ago in 2022. He made it sound like he would be available, was very friendly, etc, and I actually spoke about him to friends in a way to refer them to him. I knew I’d be purchasing more houses in the future, with the hope of purchasing rental properties (he also mentioned he did property management for previous clients), so was excited to have built a relationship with a realtor/broker around my age that I felt I could genuinely trust. Fast forward to a few weeks ago and I started reaching out to Stephen as my girlfriend was looking to buy a house in Nashville and I had some questions I wanted his advice on/was looking to possibly work with him on it. I emailed him multiple times, called and left voicemails, and texted him multiple times. I confirmed the number is the same number on his website and that the email is the same email, and it is…. …He has not once returned a voicemail, text, or email. I’m not sure what happened or what the reason was, but I expected more from Stephen and their team given my initial experience. He seemed integrous and high character, and someone I could trust. Unfortunately, that seemed to be for a short moment and now he has completely ghosted me. If he couldn’t work with me, or didn’t want to for some reason but told me directly, I would have respected it, but considering my previous conversations were always friendly (he seemed like more of a friend than just a business coordinator), I have lost respect and would not recommend working with him or his team. Maybe I should have known it was a “nice front” when communication was a little delayed with him just months after closing on my house 2022 ?????. They lost out on my girlfriend’s purchase, as well as my/our future purchases. And while I don’t ever want to “cause harm”, I do write this review so others will be able to see what the relationship may unexpectedly look like AFTER the deal is closed ?????.

Olivia is the best! She did such a great job helping me understand what was needed and not needed during our renovation. She helped me understand what was realistic and exceeded those expectations. I couldn’t imagine recommending anyone else.

Every step of the process was made easy working with her, and she helped me find exactly the home I was searching for. If you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and joyful… look no further.

Olivia was a phenomenal agent for us and guided us closely from start to finish. As we were first-time homebuyers, Olivia was always educational, thoughtful and transparent. She worked endlessly for our dream to come true and would recommended her 10 out of 10 times.
