So first of all we were new to the whole buying a house bit. We called Julia to see one of her listings and to see if she could give us a tour. We absolutely enjoyed her approach and expertise. We brought her into our journey with no need to contact any other realtor to schedule times to tour houses. She was on top of every house we wanted to view. Really helped us scope out which house was best for our boy to run and have fun. She was always there anytime we called and wrote her. The communication was everything we could have asked for in our first home buying experience and we would highly recommend her to anyone who would ask about hunting for houses and closing! She was there every step of the way and we were very happy to have her. Thank you for everything and all the time she put into helping us. She is phenomenal. 10 out of 5. Don’t pass up working with Julia. You won’t regret it.

Julia was very professional and knowledgeable when it came down to helping me find the property I was looking for. I definitely recommend Julia as a top tier real estate agent who truly loves working with her clients through the whole process. Julia Jefferson was an excellent realtor to work with. She was very professional and always on her game. As a mortgage lender if I ever needed anything she was on it ASAP. Her best interest for her buyers is always on top of her list. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate professional. She works hard and provides excellent results. Julia has an amazing attitude and I look forward to working with her again.

I purchased a new construction home, which is my first home, and the experience I accrued through this process was horrible. My husband and I are extremely appreciative to have Julia as our realtor (we call her our lawyer). She listened to the details I was looking for into our first home, She’s an educator, explain the process of what to expect and what to do next, she’s an advocate, made sure my concerns were meet and understood. Many new construction homes realtor works for the company and advocate for their builder, NOT Julia. Your happiness is a priority. In my opinion, a Realtor MUST be a Listener that delivers, an educator that has knowledge and able to explain the process, an Advocate that has your best interests at heart. Julia words are not enough to show my appreciation and gratitude for what you have done for my family and I for the past year. Thank you thank you and THANK YOU!!!

Not only did CJ keep us up to date on literally everything throughout this process, she was so real and so honest with everything she does. She is seriously one of the sweetest and kindest people in this industry and we could not imagine going through the process of buying a new home with anyone other than her and her team.
