This is the worst agent we have ever come across he discriminated against me and my husband. He was very judgmental and questioned my husbands worth. We were applying to rent a house and he told my husband I don’t want you to get over your head with these payments yet my husband makes 7x the rent price? Definitely do not work with this agent if you are Hispanic or a person of color. You will be discriminated and judged by him and his workplace. I’m glad it didn’t work out as we found a better home in Dr. Phillips that we were approved in less than 24 hours as they never saw how we looked yet Marty took a week of interrogating our lives for a simple rental application.

I learnt to trust Marty very quickly. Sale price discussed and selected, condo goes on the market, first viewing - same day as listing, offer made and accepted, 47 days later closing - BOOM - sale completed. Marty is an expert in his field, always answering questions, taking complete control. EXCELLENT agent

Marty was a great asset for us selling a house while out of state. He guided us through the whole process and we were able to get an offer over asking price the first day it was on the market. Having him able to meet vendors at the house to help with repairs before the sale was a lifesaver as well with us not being in town to be there ourselves. If we were still in town we would definitely use Marty as our realtor again!

We looked at several different agents when buying our home and we selected Marty Kaiser based on his vast experience in our area and on the quality of the presentation that he prepared for us. Are we ever glad that we did. Marty has been nothing short of outstanding. As we were buying a new home, we thought our interaction with Marty would be mostly transactional. We couldn't have been more wrong as Marty was fully involved in the process every step of the way. When we had issues with the appraisal value of our new home, Marty put together a strategy for us that not only convinced the appraiser to re-appraise the home for more, but also allowed us to negotiate a price reduction from the builder. Later in the process when we had issues with the builder at closing, Marty was instrumental in helping convince the builder to correct deficiencies prior to closing. Even after closing, Marty has assisted us with addressing issues with the local HOA. Marty consistently went above and beyond with the service he provided to assist with our home buying process. Thanks to Marty, we saved thousands of dollars and ended up with a higher quality product. I will never think twice about using another agent and highly recommend Marty Kaiser to anyone without reservation.
