She developed a Competitive Market Analysis (CMA) to best position our property with the most thoughtful and advantageous Listing Price. In addition to traditional print and web based marketing with professional photography, she enlisted the services of state-of-the-art drone aerial images and video production; making our listing stand out in a highly competitive landscape. Alyssa always made herself available with timely and professional communication. When met with Buyer challenges and intense negotiation ploys, she insulated us from "the noise" and was quick to identify the issue and remove impediments to closure.
