I've been through the purchase process on two Cleveland Heights properties with Irene. She is exceptional at her job. She is responsive, professional, beyond competent, and absolutely true to her fiduciary duty. She knows the specifics of the Ohio contracts and was efficient with delivering offers, paperwork, and information. She is a gracious intermediary and pushed through some tough negotiations and some logistical miracles (getting city permits finally signed off on minutes before signing) largely due to the respect and esteem she has with fellow local agents. She is generous with her time, repeatedly getting me in for last minute showings even on her busy days. She is patient and understands that the search process takes time, but that developing ongoing relationships are more important than the quick buck. She is beyond responsive- picking up her phone, answering texts even during the evening, holidays and weekends. She knows Northeast Ohio well. She has great insight in how local trends will affect the investment market and has a team of great folks she works with and solid local resources to refer. If you are an investor, or shopping for your own home, I highly recommend Irene and her team. I will be calling them again, and hope to work with them many times in the future.

MaryJo did an excellent job helping us navigate both the home-buying and home-selling processes. She was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful at every point of the process. She provided us with action items so we knew what needed to be done and when. MaryJo was also kind and very pleasant to work with. We plan to contact MaryJo if we need to buy or sell in the future!
