Ericka is so wonderful to work with! She has such patience and dedication to finding a perfect home that felt like the house was hand picked just for us. My husband and I just bought our first home with Ericka. Not having gone through the process before, Ericka was very good at explaining all the steps along the way. She was honest as we looked at homes including pointing out a renovation that cut some corners instead of trying to just push a sale. We felt supported and well-represented from start to finish. She uses her vast knowledge of homes and the local markets while keeping in mind your budget and requirements to help find the right home for you and to make an appropriate offer. Ericka was truly excellent. She coached us through several months of house searching and really focused on tailoring our searches to the house that we were looking for. She gave practical, relevant advice in response to every question we asked and to many that we did not think to ask. She also went above and beyond by providing us with contact info for quite a few home improvement professionals. We are now midway through our home renovations and can confirm she gave accurate and helpful advice about all of the professionals we’ve used. Not only was Ericka an expert real estate professional, but we enjoyed spending time with her! We will miss meeting her to go look at houses!
