I would recommend Amy to anyone looking to buy or sell. She is very familiar with Stafford, Fredericksburg, and the surrounding cities. With Amy’s guidance, we received an offer on our house within 24 hours of listing it. Amy seamlessly helped us through the process of selling our home and buying the home we dreamed about. Amy’s responsiveness and solid advice was just what we expected and we couldn’t have asked for a more qualified realtor!

Reliable- she was able to meet with us when needed and she was quick to respond to messages. Down to Earth- Amy is easy to communicate with, she is not pushy, her appearance is relaxed but do not let that fool you. Fierce- She is fierce when needed and pushed for us to get a good deal. Honest- Amy was honest when answering my questions. I felt as if I could trust her judgement. She knew exactly what I wanted and helped us find it. Amy introduced us to Sarah, our lender, and we were really impressed with her as well. They have both been very good to us throughout this whole process. I found Amy through one of the many local FaceBook pages. We chatted through FB for a while and then started to text. I also spoke to another realtor group, whom I did not mesh with and I found incredibly pushy. Amy and I seemed to click from the get go. I kept telling my husband "I really like her". I have not met her since I am still in another state, but my husband has and he instantly liked her. Amy made sure to keep us both in the loop on what was going on and even went so far as to "check in on me" when she had not heard from me in a while. We are used to realtors wearing suits and carrying brief cases or fancy purses. Amy was much more casual. At first my husband was not sure what to think but instantly meshed with her and it did not take long for us both to say "I am so glad we have her as our realtor". Amy impressed us both. Amy pushed for us to get a good deal during the transactions. She told us when she thought the other realtor priced the house too high or was doing something in an odd manner. She told us her opinion but left it up for us to decide. She negotiated on two homes for us and in the end we got the better home (in my opinion). When we plan to use Amy as our realtor in the future.
