Amy is a fantastic agent! I needed to sell our family home when we moved my mother to an assisted living facility. I live in the city, in a rental, and I knew very little about selling a property. Amy is a pro! She helped so much through every step of the process. She gave great advice, listened to my concerns and hopes, answered all my questions with patience, she was always kind and reassuring throughout. Amy also connected us to a fantastic contractor and real estate lawyer, she helped me with staging the house, had beautiful photos taken, AND she found the perfect buyer for our beloved family home! I am so grateful to have had Amy as our agent.

Amy was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, hard working, a great communicator, and above all, patient. She took away all the anxiety that typically goes with a real estate sale or purchase. We rejected a lot of houses and Amy cheerfully moved on and set out to find us exactly what we wanted. She always made sure that the second a house was coming to market, we knew about it immediately and got in to see it as soon as possible! We were unsure at first as to exactly where we were going to buy our house and she opened up our minds to many different towns and neighborhoods until we knew what was right for us. I cannot say enough about how much we loved working with Amy. The only down side to finding a great house was not getting to see Amy! Amy was a pleasure to work with. She brought a strong knowledge of the local market and the sales process that helped us achieve a sales outcome that was above our expectations. Amy did an outstanding job helping us sell our house. She was very professional, very knowledgeable of the current market, available any time that we had any questions. She set up a photographer for the house pictures and recommended movers. Amy has made the selling process, from start to finish, super easy. She is rated A++++ and highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling their property.

I rejected all the slick agents, and selected Amy because she knows the market! She is incredibly hard-working, communicative, detailed oriented, and honest! She priced my house right, and over the first weekend on the market, I had 10 offers over asking. Aside from the professional part, she is truly a genuinely nice person that wants only the best for her clients. A true class act!
