Excellent customer service! Melanie is not only knowledgeable but extremely organized and readily available to answer any questions or concerns. From beginning to end, she made the entire process much less stressful and I would highly recommend her.

Melanie procured multiple buyers for us on two houses in one weekend. She is a diligent, efficient, skilled and undoubtedly a brilliant real estate agent and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. In addition, not only is she amazing at her job, she is kind and attentive and always available to answer any question or concern you may have. If you are selling your house, I guarantee you, she will not disappoint!

As first-time home buyers we were very unfamiliar with the entire process. You can imagine the number of questions we had but Melanie was always available without hesitation to answer or find the answer for us. She is extremely knowledgeable about the neighborhoods, the surrounding areas, and the market itself. Melanie was always flexible in terms of scheduling showings and often showed us houses during the evening weekday hours and throughout the day on the weekends. She was always one-step ahead of us by contacting sellers of homes to set up visits before they were made public on Zillow. Melanie is kind-hearted, patient and calming demeanor but does not take nonsense from anyone. She is the kind of agent you want in your corner when making this expensive decision. Melanie helped to make our dream a reality and we recommend her to everyone.

Melanie Mazzeo was referred by a friend and was such a wonderful realtor to work with. As first time home buyers we were pretty overwhelmed, didn’t know what to expect or where to start. Melanie made it easy and instantly steered us in the right direction. Half way through our search, I began to get discouraged thinking that we would never find our house due to the competition, not seeing anything that really caught my eye, location, etc., and Melanie kept finding more and more for us to look at. Because of Melanie’s determination we found our dream home in our dream location, school district, lot size, AND got the house under asking. Melanie was great to work with and we would HIGHLY recommend!
