Andre Peters recently helped me sell my mother’s home in Renton, WA. She did an exceptional job, starting with a focused discussion about what we needed, history of the property, special considerations that needed to be accommodated in the negotiation with buyers, etc. We discussed how to price the property, what to do based on market feedback, etc. She helped me determine what changes and work on the property would help sell it, and what probably wasn’t necessary. She researched the local market, built a sales brochure and plan, and listed the property quickly. We handled virtually all ‘paperwork’ through email and online which made the whole process easy for me and my family. In the course of the listing we had more than one offer. In each case Andre helped me make decisions about how to respond and kept us informed as negotiations proceeded. She helped me through the post-agreement process all the way to closing. Andre’s extensive knowledge and experience really made a difference for us. We got a very fair price for our home, sold it in a reasonable period of time despite a softer market after Labor Day, and moved through the whole process smoothly and successfully. She was truly helpful and easy to work with. She listened well, offered sound advice when needed, and helped us complete the sale easily.

Andre interviewed well as we selected from three interviews. Her presentation was excellent, answered all questions well. Low key, sincere, took on the sale with expecting positive results quickly. Follow up was excellent. Kept us informed frequently. The condo was staged in an attractive way - with only a few items. Demonstrated expertise in the R/E market place. Kind, courteous, prompt to meetings with us. Organized., We would recommend her to friends.
