Andrew is an incredibly seasoned professional and is more than just a great realtor. We moved here from Minnesota and twice we flew down to Arizona to meet with Andrew to look at neighborhoods and properties. He picked us up at our hotel and spent days running us all over Arizona looking at properties and giving us insight into what it's like to live here. Andrew brought us to neighborhoods that were not even on our list of "must-see's" based on what our likes and dislikes were. He spent A LOT of time talking about what it costs to live in Arizona so that we were more equipped with the information we needed to make a decision whether or not to move. He gets things done quickly and is very patient and personable. We moved here and we are in a community and a home that we absolutely love! Andrew was able to negotiate the price with the seller and we are able to live in paradise affordably. We never hesitate to call him to this day for grocery store, dentist, and salon recommendations and he ALWAYS responds in a timely manner. Choose Andrew and the Altman team; you will NOT be disappointed!

If I could give Andrew and Cristina Altman a 10 star rating I would! Our house had been on the market a year with no movement. We switched to Andrew and Cristina as our realtors. They came in and told us exactly what we needed to do to sell our house. They got the estimates and with our approval scheduled all the work. The marketing of our house was top notch and started before all the improvements were completed. The house was not even officially on the market and Andrew was showing the house to prospective buyers. In the first week after all the improvements were completed, and after several interested parties, we sold the house with a full price offer. Anyone, selling or buying a property, would be doing themselves a huge favor to use Andrew and Cristina Altman as their realtor!

Andrew and Christina Altman are 5 Star people! Our relationship with them began when we decided to move from the east side to the west side. We saw their sign on a home we were curious about and called. Andrew contacted us and we met him the following morning. That didn’t turn out to the the house of our dreams, but we gained a phenomenal realtor team of our dreams! Working with Andrew and Christina was a comfort, they knew the area we wanted to live in very well. They were patient and informative throughout the process and when we found “the home,” Andrew didn’t disappoint! He was a strong negotiator, the guy must have phenomenal blood pressure! We couldn’t imagine using anyone else with future real estate purchases and highly recommend him????”

Fantastic experience. Andrew and Cristina were very knowledgeable and made the sale of our house easy. They were even able to get more money than we expected!! They were very easy to get a hold of and kept us informed the whole time.

Andrew is the best Agent you will ever deal with. He will make your buy or sell very pleasant. Highly recommend. Always informs you of progress and the smallest of details. A real pro.
