It was so nice and easy working with Todd Heilesen, a patient guy and good listener , he understood our needs when we started and not been pushy, very helpful from beginning to the end, gave honest assessments and opinions when asked, very responsive to messages and helped immensely with inspection and the process when buying our new home, we are so glad to work with Todd and will recommend him to anyone who needs an honest realtor which is rare to come by. We worked with Todd regarding the sale of a property in Phoenix recently and he provided service above and beyond expectations. We needed help with some repairs of the property and he was able to direct us to some amazing workers that took care of the issues quickly and well. We were also not available to be at the property and he would go over personally and take care of little things such as collecting mail, even pulled a few weeds to keep the property looking great! Todd was also responsive 24/7 with questions and guidance. He never pressured us to take a deal and when offers came in, he answered questions for us quickly. We cannot say enough great things about our experience working with Todd. If you are planning on selling or buying real estate, working with Todd will help make the process so much easier.

When we first tried to sell our home we contacted a very popular company that has a lot of bill boards around the valley. The realtor was nice but not much was done to try to sell our home. Feeling frustrated, my wife and I spent days looking at several reviews of realtors. Most of the reviews we read sounded like something friends, family and co-workers wrote. We came across Todd's profile and read several of the reviews and they all sounded genuinely happy with the service that Todd provided. There were reviews saying that he, went above and beyond, they said how kind and considerate he was, how easy it was to ask him questions, through; texts, email or phone and he would always respond. Every review we read was similar so we sent him an email. He helped us sell our home and all the reviews were true! It was the best decision we made! We too would recommend Todd to anyone looking to sell or buy a home because it is important to have a professional like Todd on your side!

Todd Heilesen was our seller's agent through our home selling process. He came highly recommended by a previous client and exhibiting a great deal of knowledge about West Valley real estate, thus becoming our top choice. Initially, we were disappointed to find that Todd was unavailable during the time we intended to sell, and we were forced to go with our back-up choice. But delays in the buying process on the other end of our transaction pushed the time frame back, and when we began to realize that our new agent wasn't fully listening to our wishes and concerns, we decided to return to Todd and see if he was then available. To our delight, he was, and we enlisted his help immediately. Todd demonstrated his flexibility and easy accommodation in several respects during the selling process. Due to unusual circumstances, we had to request both a shorter agent contract term than usual and for the possibility of a suspension of active listing during the time the house was on the market due to a major family event. Todd adapted adroitly to both of these requests. At our request, Todd developed a guidance sheet for sellers, outlining major events and milestones during the process, things to be aware of, what was necessary from the seller's end, and so forth. He then further augmented this by laying out a timeline in a typical house closing that gave the seller an idea of the sequence and timing of key events. This guidance document was invaluable during our home selling period and we referred to it time and time again during the course of our closing. Todd's key virtues make it easy to give him a glowing recommendation. He is unfailingly professional, friendly, and communicative on all matters that require good communication. He is very knowledgable about each step of the process, very easy to work with, and he frequently went above and beyond in his job duties. He listens to client questions and concerns and does his best to accommodate their wishes, while at the same time offering professional guidance that is never overbearing or censorious. He kept his promises and was reliable throughout the process. He was timely, both in appointments made and kept, and in keeping the client fully advised each step of the way. He followed through on everything that needed follow-through; he was available whenever there was a need or question; and he supplied resources even beyond his particular area of engagement. In our case, he helped refer us to some options for short-term housing once we completed the sale. We felt secure each step of the way and felt we were working with a true partner in the process who cared about our individual needs and worked for the best outcome for us. I recently sold my Arizona home and chose Todd to be my realtor. I was so happy that I did. He was quick to respond to all my questions and concerns.
