Andrew did an amazing job with everything! He was super easy to reach and very personable. Not pushy and very real and honest. He truly has the best of intensions to make sure you find the right home. Plus he goes beyond everything and recommends wonderful people as far as inspections and lenders to truly make your dream come true. Every part of the process we felt we were taken care of. We will recommend him to everyone!

Andy was a fantastic realtor. He was always available for questions, house showings, or just a phone call to check on the status of any home that we had an interest in. Not only did he know his stuff on the realtor end, but he also had experience with home construction and would give us great advice on potential changes that we wanted to make, which we greatly appreciated! Andy is perfectly-suited to represent a buyer (which we were this time) or a seller (which we have been on over 12 occasions in the past). He was totally responsive and overcame obstacles created by the sellers' agent throughout the process. He worked weekends, early mornings and late evenings because the other agent, Craig Prescher, was impossible to reach or get a response from. Andy wouldn't give up. He persisted with a positive attitude right up until closing. He has a lot of experience in home renovation which gave him insight into what we were looking for this time...a primary residence with a river view that needed a total remodel. He was more than wiling to show us the same home three times before we decided to take this huge project on. During that time, he showed us several other homes, again without hesitation and with a lot of helpful information about the homes. I have had a real estate license and we have bought and sold so many times that we have more than the average amount of experience with agents. Andy is among the best we have ever worked with and we won't think twice about working with him again, probably in the near future when we buy another rental property. Not only is he a talented agent, he makes the process much more enjoyable. You will appreciate how honest and reliable he is. He will also recommend the best home inspectors or other pros you may need.

I worked with Andy a couple different times and both experiences were great. I found Andy very easy to work with. Andy was always available to answer any questions, even during the weekend. He always got back to me promptly when I had questions or inquiries, usually with in half hour if he didn't answer the phone. Andy was always available to answer any questions, even during the weekend. He several recommendations, bank and inspections, that i thought made helped make things go smoothly. I would recommend Andy to anyone buying or selling any kind of real estate .
