I began working with Paul to sell my house. He discussed the current market with me, offered many insights into comparable homes, and gave me a true understanding of the best asking price for my home. His knowledge of the market is top notch. When we listed the house and offers came in, he explained the details and let me decide what was the best move. In less than a week, we had an accepted offer. The rest of the selling process went very smoothly as Paul kept me updated on each step. He provided gentle reminders of everything that I should have done before signing the final papers. It was a great selling process. Because the selling process went so well, I stayed with Paul as I searched for my next home. In a tough market, he was able to find me the home of my dreams. He listened to exactly what I was looking for and worked until he was able to secure the deal. He quickly responded to any questions that I had before, during, and after an accepted offer was on the table.. His professionalism and knowledge of the community, allowed me to connect with several outstanding people who assisted with some aspect of the new home. I truly believe that I would not be in my dream home without the help of Paul.

Paul Canfield has a thorough knowledge of all aspects of Real Estate. He knows all the ins and outs of all the neighborhoods he works in, and is very easy and enjoyable to work with. Paul goes to bat for his clients when there are issues, and is excellent at negotiations when something isn't quite the way it needs to be for his clients. My experience with Paul includes working with him as a fellow professional; I have observed him from several levels and he is conscientious, knowledgeable and able to break anything down to understandable for anyone from fellow professionals to first time homebuyers in such a way that as his client or another professional you always feel respected and very well-informed.

Paul is easy to work with and is very quick with responses. He works all hours and will get you into the new home you want. Paul is a good negotiator and will quickly resolve differences and find a "happy medium" for al parties to move on.

Paul is very knowledgeable of the properties available. He has realistic evaluations of property values. He personally works hard at marketing and showing properties. He offers open houses and is on hand for the showing. He is very personable and easy to work with. He offers advice that is helpful in making sales decisions.
