The best compliment I can pay an agent is to team up with him twice. Randy helped us buy a home a few years ago and we were so satisfied with his service then that there was no question about who to choose to help us sell our home again. Andy and his team did a fine job of helping me buy a town home in 2022 and a single-family home this month. His market expertise and negotiating skills made a big difference in both outcomes, I believe, in this "seller's market". His Home Team knew the transaction details and communicated well. We will be working together on two upcoming property sales as a result.

Randy was great in helping us navigate our first home purchase. Specifically he had a great local knowledge in a new area we were moving to, catching items during the walk-through, and recommending certain vendors for inspections and other house projects post-close.

I hit the jackpot finding Jackie through Zillow! She has a long history of experience in the Denver area. From beginning to start, I felt Jackie was knowledgeable, trustworthy, and always had my best interest in mind. I had such a great experience buying with her, I hired her to sell my old home too. Home purchases can be stressful, but it was smooth sailing with Jackie's guidance.

Chad helped us buy a condo for my daughter who will be going to School of Mines in Golden. He really knows the area and had lots of good contacts for me to contact as well beyond just buying a house. He also has a son at Mines as well so not only did he help buy us a house under market value, he gave me lots of personal advice as well for a future student. Truly a pleasure to work with who wanted to make sure our daughter had something close to Mines but also close to Denver and I'm confident we made a great choice.
