Jennifer went above and beyond helping us identify and purchase our new home - multiple viewings in geographically diverse places couldn't have been easy to arrange and attend, but Jennifer streamlined communications with the various sellers and never once was even late to a showing - simply spectacular work by a genuinely talented and caring professional - bravo!

For those who only read the first few sentences of reviews like me: For as long as he is doing business in the area, and my wife and I or friends/family are looking to sell or buy in the area, Jimmy will be our realtor. Hands down, no question, without a second thought. Jimmy was incredible for us. He knows the market as well as (or arguably better than) anyone, knows exactly what to expect in terms of equity increases - development, no development, touristy, etc. and what that should translate to over the next 3 to 5 years - schools, proximity to shopping and restaurants, neighborhoods, traffic, everything. He’s analytical, pragmatic, and data-oriented but also understanding, personable, patient, and relatable, not to mention an exceptional negotiator (I’ll save the story but we’re still impressed with what he was able to do for us). We’re around Jimmy’s age, so all the better, but he’s definitely the type of realtor who can build rapport and a relationship with clients of any age or personality. He figures out what you want, how you operate, what your priorities are, etc. and is on a mission until the job is done. Great communication, consideration, and results. If you’re looking for a realtor to buy or sell I absolutely recommend giving Jimmy a call. You’ll be happy you did.

Loved my experience looking at houses with Kelsey, she is absolutely amazing and responsive. I think I was her hardest customer, she really helped with the buying process. I know I will be using her again for our next home.

The wife and I would highly recommend Keira to anyone. She provided us with a great buying experience and was the most responsive realtor that we have worked with. She also provided us with a tailored approach for our home search and handled our unique preferences with much understanding where other realtors might have balked at. In the end she helped us find the perfect home and both Keira and her husband went above and beyond even after the sale to answer all our questions and provided us with a wealth of resources for the area since we were new to the Ruther Glen area.

Kelsey is very attentive towards most any request. She seemed to drop whatever she was doing to meet us for a showing. We looked at several homes in our target area until just the right one can along. We are very happy. Thank you Kelsey
