I had the pleasure of working with Grayson Hoffman as my realtor when purchasing a lake house, and I couldn't be more impressed with his professionalism and dedication to ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish. Grayson's expertise and knowledge of the local real estate market were immediately evident as he guided me through the process of finding the perfect lake house that met all of my criteria. He took the time to truly understand what I was looking for and was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had along the way. What truly sets Grayson apart, however, is his commitment to his clients even after the sale is complete. He went above and beyond to assist me with various post-sale matters, including arranging repairs for an indoor wood stove and connecting me with other resources to address additional issues with the house. I have been in sales my entire career and I can be critical when people fall short of expectations. We met Grayson at an open house and after talking to him for just a couple minutes we knew right away that he was a PRO . He lives on the lake full time and knew everything about the area front to back. Before we hired them we tried to buy a home and while we were trying to finalize all the details Grayson and Ashley sold it to one of their clients. We never had a chance lol! It did not take long to figure out that Grayson and Ashley are THE go to source for water front homes at Lake Anna. We decided to hire them and that was a great decision. Grayson was extremely hard-working and extremely easy to deal with. We put a contract on a new home and Grayson guided us through the dealings with the builder and helped us with negotiations. Grayson became our construction manager and oversaw the entire process. He helped with the contract, pricing, closing, change orders and everything else. We would not have bought the house without his assistance. Even after we bought the house Grayson has been amazing with his follow up and as a resource for everything we have needed for the lake. Months after we bought the home Grayson was the first person we thought about when we didn’t know what county the house was in. Grayson was the first person we thought to talk to when we needed an irrigation system and a stone walkway. I don’t know how many text messages, phone calls or general issues we bothered Grayson with (and it was a ton) , but every single time he came through. He followed up with every inquiry we had. We never had to chase anything down - after we gave it to him it was handled. He has literally always been there for everything we have needed - before and after we bought the home. If you want a home at Lake Anna do your self a favor and hire the Ashley Hoffman Group - they are the absolute best there is.
