I worked with this team one time. It was enough for me. They are very pushy. Very rough around the edges. I could never recommend them EVER. They were very unprofessional. They didn't or couldn't answer any questions, I had. The house they were trying to push on me had cat poo in it. I would have loved to give them a zero, but it doesn't give me that option.

my house was listed on a wensday afternoon . the pictures of the house were great. we had three showing on the following day, one made a very good offer that I exceped. Angie took care of all the paper work and we closed in less than thirty days.

very knowledgeable and kind. would choose to work with their group again in the future. viewed multiple homes in different areas, she knew about the properties and if she didn't, she got the information needed to answer any questions I had. responded in an adequate time frame and was very professional.

Angie and Josh are wonderful! They are warm, friendly and approachable as well as knowledgeable and very professional. They walked us through the home buying process and set up many home viewings. I highly recommend them, both for first time home buyers like myself, and for those who have been through the process before.

They sold our rental quickly. Helped us understand comparables and what price we needed to list it to help sell fairly quickly. They worked for us....not themselves. They were patient and explained every detail of selling a property. They weren't pushy and let us make our own decisions and set our own goals. We are very happy with them and would definitely work with them again!
