Over the past 3+ years my wife and I have either purchased or sold three properties with Sarah’s help. It became quite obvious in our first meeting with her that she was very knowledgeable regarding the selling and purchasing of property, as well as providing us with in-depth insight into the real estate market in the lakes region area. Once again, Sarah Noble performed tremendously for myself and my family. This was an estate sale - tremendously emotional, and difficult to sell a home for a brother, who died too young and suddenly, and was so proud of his home. Not only was Sarah there to get the place sold in under a week but she literally helped with the cleaning, organizing and disposal of unwanted items. Unheard of. Not to mention her kindness and compassion throughout the process. She a thoughtful, thorough and diligent professional and I’m proud to know her. Call me- I’ll be happy to tell you why I will never hire another realtor but Sarah. We will, with 100% confidence and pride, recommend Sarah Noble to buy, sell or scout homes. And no I’m not a relative but hope I’ve become a friend. She’s been that important in my life.

Anne is the best real estate professional we have ever dealt with. Period. She is kind, direct, personable, knows when to push and when to observe. She was truly our advocate, not just looking for the next commission. Anne was patient and thoughtful as we looked through many homes before deciding. Anne was exceptional. She worked with us in the midst of a difficult situation, selling a long held house during a divorce. She skillfully and gently guided us through the ups and downs of selling a house while also offering us the support we needed. She was very knowledgable about the housing market and what to do to make a sale happen, making it possible for us to quickly sell our house at a good price. I knew I was working with someone who would be able to sell our house and who cared about me as a person, not just a client. She is special.
