Sometimes God places an Angel in your life and Annette Alicante is mine. She was not only my listing realtor for 2 properties.. 1 in Néw York and 1 in Florida but my sole source of support for almost 3 years on a very difficult probate case. she was my advocate and my voice dealing with 3 attorneys on my case, while I was emotionally incapable of doing so .Annette was extremely communicative through phone calls and emails keeping all parties informed of any developments with the sale of these 2 properties. I will be forever grateful to Annette for saving the Florida property from foreclosure and getting me top dollar on both. The Annette Alicanti team made my family’s dreams come true. I wanted to move closer to my child and did not think it could happen.
