Annette and John Greco are awesome...they are the consummate realtors! They helped sell our home in record time and for the best price and then labored with us to find a new home. Since the buyer's market is slim these days, we had a long, frustrating journey. But with Annette's and John's expertise and encouragement, we never gave up and were able to find our dream home. Five years ago Annette and John sold our home and did such an amazing job. So, when we decided to move back to Virginia our first call was to them. They really are a great team and it shows in everything they do. This was certainly a purchase that put them to the test! It was a long and at times difficult process, but they didn't miss a beat and worked through every step with us and for us. Thanks again guys!!

We hired Annette Greco in March to sell our home so we could move overseas at the end of May. Then COVID-19 hit, all international flights were canceled indefinitely and our plans came to a crashing halt. Through all of this, Annette was extremely professional and supportive of our special circumstances. Even though she kept getting calls of “when are they selling?”, she was extremely patient and kept working behind the scenes so when we finally said “Now”, she immediately sprung into action. We had over 50 showings in 4 days and ended up receiving 7 contracts. She is amazing and exceeded all our expectations.
