Anettte and her team are hands down the best realty team in State College. I used them to sell my previous house and just used them again to buy my current house. I love working with them because they make the stressful process of buying a house easy. They help throughout the entire process (including navigating the loan which is a life saver). And even beyond the house buying process, Anettte has so many reliable contacts that have been so valuable. I’ve used her roofer, her contractor and I’m even using their moving truck during my move! Annette, Diana and Krystal are the most organized, knowledgeable and professional team. They respond to all contact promptly and somehow even anticipated most of my questions. They are the only realty team I’ll ever use!

I give Annette 5 stars across the board. She knows her stuff and was very helpful and responsive throughout the process of selling our home. 5 stars, too, for her associate, Krystal Koch, who was always so helpful and friendly in all contacts.

Annette made it very easy to sell our home. She did a market analysis looking at comparable home sales in the area and gave us excellent advice on what we needed to do in order to make the house sell quickly and for a good price. Annette and her associates were always available for questions and responded quickly to emails and text messages. They staged the house to make it look really nice and created a 3-D tour which was better than anything I had seen before. People viewing it online could virtually walk through the house and see every part of every room and the layout of the house. I wish that feature was available for the houses that I was looking to purchase. She also set up a lawn mowing service while we were out of town. The house sold after less than a week on the market and the entire transaction went very smoothly. I was extremely pleased with the Annette Yorks Group and highly recommend them.

We have and are working with Annette on a couple different situations. She is the best. Annette answers you quickly, is extremely knowledgeable, offers great advice and works hard for you. Each of our situations have been stressful and she is patient, kind and always finds a way to make us laugh. This is so important when you are selling real estate and there is so much that needs done. She does it all and more! Everything she has recommended to us worked out extremely well. We will always work with Annette and recommend her to others.
