Charles is a great real estate professional. He is timely in getting showings and in his emails. The housing market is ever changing and if you want to get a house that you find that you really like you need to jump on it. Charles will help you negotiate and through the whole buying process. He can explain most of the questions you have and if he doesn't know he finds the answer quickly. One thing to note about any realtor, when you are certain you want to bid a certain number or you want a certain property make sure to call them on the phone/talk in person. Emails/texts can be misunderstood and you don't want a simple error happening when it comes to getting a house you want.

I confided in Charles because I knew him personally. However, after the purchase of our home I could not be happier. Throughout the buying process he was diligent and heard what we had to say, he listened to what our concerns were even if we did not personally voice them to him. In the long run we got exactly what we wanted from a home and couldn't be happier. Charles is a hard-working and dedicated realtor that will make sure you purchase the home that you want. Not just the home you can afford or THINK you want. I definitely recommend him!

Great guy, good communication at all times. Did what another realtor couldn't do....SOLD OUR HOUSE. Helpful at all steps through the process and made life as easy as possible. I wouldn't think twice about hiring Charles to sell another house of ours. Thanks Charles and God Bless.

We were looking for a house and began working with a different realtor, and we really weren't very happy with their service. Then we happened upon Charles, and were provided a level of service we never could have expected considering our previous encounters. I was working out of town at the time and Charlie took my wife around to look at houses during the week. I got home on the weekends, and Charlie made it a priority to meet me and show me the properties my wife was interested in on Saturdays and Sundays. We went through quite a few properties. We found one we were interested in. We started the process of buying the property only to run into severe issues when having the home inspection done. We walked away from that property but Charlie continued to email and call us (not in a pushy make the sale way, but more like a friend that knows your needs and is trying to help you out). Whenever a new property came on the market that he thought we may be interested in he would let us know. Some of those properties only lasted a day before entering into contracts. We kept looking and finally found the one. Charlie took all the hassle out of the bid/counter bid and eventually purchase paperwork. Working with him was great. My wife and I really can't say enough good things about how happy we are with his service, so we recommend him to anyone we know that needs a real estate professional. One of our friends has already bought a property through Charlie!

Charles did a fantastic job in finding us a great house and helping us get it for a price within our budget! He did a great job with making sure all the work got done so we could move in before the 1st of the year. I'd work with him anytime! And if we ever buy again, he will surely be the one helping me look!
