Hunter was absolutely wonderful to work with when buying my first home. I really appreciate how well he explained every step of the process and that he was proactive to set time aside to review paperwork with me. He was always easy to reach. The advice that he provided me with while we were comparing properties was very helpful and objective. I came away feeling confident in the decision I made. I’m so grateful that I had Hunter to guide me through this process. Thanks to him I’m enjoying a gorgeous, new home!

Antonette is the best! Antonette is very honest and very easy to work with. She got our house sold in two days. Antonette always is available to answer questions at any time of the day. I guarantee that you will not regret having HER as your realtor! I highly recommend her!

Trying to buy your first home in the middle of a pandemic is not recommended. Also, buying a home in the middle of a sellers market, and super low inventory is not recommended. Hunter walked through all the craziness and difficulty of this journey with us. He ended up finding us a house that fit all of our needs, in a great location, UNDER BUDGET and it hadn’t even hit the market yet. We were first to see and we got it. I don’t know if we ever would have found a house if it wasn’t for Hunter.

For those who are in the military and are thinking about buying a house, Hunter is your man! Since it was my first time buying and didn’t know where to start with the whole home buying process, Hunter and his team made it easy for me to understand what my options were as a military member. He got me in contact with an outstanding lender that answered every question I had about the VA loan. After that, house hunting was smooth sailing! Hunter made sure to understand what I was looking for in a house and made it a personal mission of his to find the right home for me. He made sure I wasn’t confused about anything and even made the most complicated details simple for me to understand. He took care of all business and technical obstacles, so that I can focus on finding the right home. Which is a major deal, because the last thing you want is being stressed through the whole process! Hunter isn’t all about selling you a home, he genuinely cares that you buy the right home that’s best for you and your family. 5/5 stars for Mr. Hunter Manzano!
