I would never recommend Pamela & her husband Ralph to anyone. While I was living in a apartment that is managed by So Cal Realtors Platinum.... Pamela is the primary person that I dealt with, had to communicate with and everything that I asked for to be fixed or replaced it was always an issue ( Dryer, garage door, garbage disposal, lint in the wall, you name it.. ) I was always talked down to and put on the back burner as if what needed to be fixed was not important. Her communication skills are very poor, her personality as a whole is just completely unacceptable for her profession. She can come across so rude. When something needed to be fixed, I contacted her, sometimes she would reply within a few days or not at all. I repeatedly had to get after her about things calling and calling.. texting and texting... and I try to talk to her in the most polite way that I could , and let her know that I would appreciate if she can communicate a little better she replied with "If I replied and talked to everyone nothing would get done" she has no courtesy for her customers at all. Another thing that I wanted to point out is that when they were able to come by and "fix" it, Ralph was sent over and "looked at it" and tried very hard to convince me that it was fine.. Numerous times he was completely and I mean completely WRONG. I am a single mother of two and work full time, and have to take time off of work so that Ralph would be able to "look" at it and do nothing to fix it. I got into numerous arguments with both of these individuals because of these issues. Pamela just says she "simply does not have time" because she has over "100 tenants" in my opinion if that is true she is way over her head, she chose her profession, she chose to have so many tenants and if she cannot simply let me know "shes working on it" something is wrong. my water heater went out and she took about three days to get back to me, to let me know about an appointment that was made. I was without a dryer for about a year, I let her know the lint needed to be cleaned out and it took her about another month to fix that which was the root of the cause of why the dryer wasn't working, and come to find out when the chimney sweeper came the cover on the roof where the air from the dryer goes out it was stuccoed shut! which is a MAJOR Fire issue! And she still was not apologetic that my complex could have caught fire at any time with my two kids in it. Ralph plays the "nice guy" and its always his wife's problem.

Pamela is very business oriented and extremely knowledgeable. She has a high level of professionalism. Pam manages eight of my properties and has done an exceptional job. I would highly recommend Pamela Vasquez. Respectfully, P. J.

This was our first home we bought and we were looking in the real estate book and found Pamela Vasquez, she took us around to see several different houses in great locations, that were affordable. When we found the house we liked, Pamela negotiated a great deal and made the process quick and easy. I would refer her to anyone who wants a great deal.

I am very grateful to find Pamela and her husband to sell my houses. They are very professional and knowledgeable. She is also very dedicated and hard work, even on her birthday, she was still working on that. Even though my transactions are both complicated, she worked every step of the way to help me complete the transactions. She sold both houses within a month that another agent could not sell for a year. I just can't thank them enough for everything they did for me.

I had a very complicated and lengthy situation but Pamela stayed positive and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure i got my house. She was very professional and prompt throughout the entire transaction. When things started to go bad she would tell me the options I had and did everything she could to make it happen. I was very happy i had such a wonderful agent on my side. Thank you for all your help Pamela.
