These guys are the best! I have bought and sold several homes over a fifty year period and have never had a realtor work so hard and so earnestly for me to complete the sale of a home. This was a difficult sale - the home was in poor shape cosmetically and lacking in care and maintenance. Since I was having to assist my elderly sister remotely, Brad and Blake took control of all contractor scheduling and management to renovate the home. It looked wonderful when completed. Ultimately the final sale of the home was a long, four-month process due to both buyer funding difficulties and discovered problems and repairs. However, throughout that time, Brad was always quick to respond and calm, efficient, knowledgable, and a joy to work with! I recommend Brad and the Creese Team highly!

I needed a specialized/personalized touch with selling my house. The house needed some work on it to get it sellable. I did not want to sell it to an investor. Brad and Blake from Creeseteam was my answer to prayer. I also was out of state and could not get back to oversee the work. They worked so diligently to coordinate the repairs needed, helped me with financing that, and I am very happy with the whole outcome! They worked fast and the house sold for a great price! I want to highly recommend Brad and Blake they go above and beyond to make sure your buying home experience is as smooth as possible. Blake is an awesome agent he is really responsive, great negotiator and makes sure that his clients find what they are looking for. He even sent out a handyman for us to fix a few items that the sellers did not want to fix. So if you want to purchase a home please reach out to them they will make sure you find your dream home.
