We recently had the honor of working with Antonio Sarmiento to sell our old home and purchase a new one. The entire process was smooth and it was a pleasure to work with him! Tony was very professional and knowledgeable of the market in both the sale and purchase and we always felt like a priority! He was always available and understanding and really listened to our needs and concerns. He was great with negotiations and knew exactly what he was doing every step of the way. He really also went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of including the arrangements that were needed such as inspections and looking into possible issues with the properties we were looking at and with the property we chose, not to mention with the sale of our home as well. Tony was very patient and understanding throughout everything, if we needed to see a home he would make it happen even if we reached out that same day and made sure we got to look at everything we wanted to see. We felt comfortable to ask any questions and reach out with concerns any time we had any! He really went out of his way to make this experience a great experience and it was honestly so amazing working with him, we couldn't have chosen a better person! He treated us like family and we really appreciate it, Thank you for everything you did for us!

I am Alex and my family and I appreciate the patience, efficiency and professionalism of Mr. Antonio Sarmiento. Antonio is the type of agent you can call or text with the assurance that he will answer your questions quickly. Antonio kept us up to date throughout the entire purchasing process. Thanks to him, the purchase of our house was completed quickly, and he also helped us get a cheaper offer than what was on the market. I really recommend.

Thank you King! Antonio was not only incredibly helpful and knowledgeable but was also just a joy to work with. My partner and I were first time buyers and honestly had no clue what we were doing but Antonio helped use every step of the way. He was always available, helped explain every step of the process, and acted with the quickness that allowed us to land our dream home. We can not thank him enough!

No words can truly express the amount of gratitude we have towards Antonio. We really were walking in blind when it came to Real estate, and what the first steps were in buying a house. He was kind, quick, and most importantly he heard what we wanted and RAN with it. Antonio made what most would consider a stressful decision, seem like a piece of cake. He went above and beyond, making sure to respond to us even if it was after work hours or on weekends, Antonio is the ABSOLUTE BEST! Thank you, Antonio, for such a wonderful experience, and helping us take the next steps towards our future.
