April saved us multiple times- we would have lost our dream home without her expert guidance. She negotiated around a tough appraisal gap and got us a price we could afford, kept the deal alive through multiple delays on our end, and even negotiated a brand new HVAC! We are so thankful for all of her hard work.

April helped us to navigate an out-of-state home purchase during a very competitive market. She helped us to navigate the area and determine where we may want to live. Her communication was top-notch, and she was very organized and on top of things. It was a pleasure to work with her!

If you're looking to buy or sell your home in the Richmond VA area, April is the person to see, hands down. Being out of town buyers (5.30 hours away), it's not easy to just get in a car and look at a house or land. April did all the leg work, looking at homes and/or land that she knew we would be a good fit with. She would do a FaceTime and try her best to show us a house and land, not a easy situation for her, she did 90% of the work, we just sat in our home and face time. When she finally found what was pretty much perfect for us, she would meet and stay with various workers to address various issues with the house. She continues to help, even after closing, she's there when we can't be to allow maintenance personnel in the house to complete work for us. It my opinion, April, went and continues to go beyond the norm. Without her willingness to be there when we can't, this would be a very difficult situation for us because we were out of state buyers and a very long drive, especially with 2 dogs and a wife in a wheel chair. April is a realtor, but how she made our life so much easier, goes beyond what we ever expected. Make sure if you're in the Virginia area to give her a call if you need a realtor. You won't regret that call.
