Amanda went above and beyond in helping to sell our home. It was a difficult situation and she worked hard to help us figure it all out. She was diligent, involved and worked tirelessly for us. I live out of town and Amanda took care of everything for us to minimize the number of times I had to travel to Richmond. Amanda gave us great advice and always helped us make the right decisions to get the house sold. It sold in less than 1 week!!!

Amanda Hardesty, and her associate, were both enormously helpful in the listing and sale of our home. We found Amanda to be exceeding flexible in meeting our requirements, which made the process enormously easier. She had some very innovative approaches to facilitate the advertising of our property. This was the fifth property that we have sold. The other four were handled by other realtors. Amanda was by far the best realtor with whom we have worked. We would recommend her unhesitatingly.
