In my opinion, it is harder to sell a home than purchase one. We had a very unique property to sell and Ardit was continuously coming up with clever ideas, had clear and frequent communication and feedback, superb marketing, and last but not least sold our home quickly (after one weekend!). I would have no-hesitation recommending Ardit; he is passionate about all things real-estate and it shows.

Ardit did a fantastic job driving all aspects of the sales process. His market knowledge, passion, communication skills, responsiveness and organization skills were top notch. Perhaps most impactful was his willingness to go above and beyond to resolve issues that arose prior to closing. Ardit and Bobby are an amazing team! We couldn't ask for better realtors. They know the area like the back of their hands, know just the right questions to ask, and helped us out at every step of the way. They are a wealth of helpful information, extremely responsive, and remarkably kind as well. They also have a great knowledge of local contractors. We purchased our current unit with their assistance, and then asked them to help sell our old unit—and it flew off the market. They kept us well informed about showings and potential buyer feedback; and when we were buying they were quick to inform us about new properties that they thought fit our needs. We don't plan to move again for a long time, but if we did, we would call up Ardit and Bobby immediately.
