Arya put us at ease and guided us through the home buying process. From the first baby steps, when we started our search through the final walk-through, we found him to be honest and straightforward. He is also thorough and does not leave anything to assumption. As the complexities of home-buying unfolded we saw that we could trust his judgment. He has a good sense for value in terms of prices, markets and "reading-between-the-lines", which saved us time and energy. Always responsive, he constantly went above and beyond, and did not get flustered. Also has a great sense of humor. Arya is just an all-round great guy!

Arya really knows the area and he found a house that was perfect for us - the right size in the right location. He also helped us sell our house and got the best price for it. I cannot say enough about his responsiveness, his valuable advice and his resources. He guided us through all the complexities of selling and buying at the same time and he kept us feeling confident that things would work out. He also has access to anyone you may need to help you on the way. I've already recommended him to friends and if you are serious about buying or selling your house I highly recommend him.

If you want to buy a home - Arya is the realtor you want representing you! His experience, intimate knowledge of the market, and SHREWD negotiating skills are the reason we were able to buy our first house. From the very beginning to the very end Arya was on top of everything. As first time homebuyers, there are a lot of unknowns - he gave us excellent advice and guidance throughout the whole process and made us feel confident and comfortable through every step. His commitment to his clients is truly top notch, he was always easily reachable and stayed in constant contact throughout the entire process. Even more so he was proactive and offered up great contacts for inspectors. When we decided to take a break from looking for a house, Arya understood, and was not pushy but was ready to go the moment the perfect place popped up. Our experience with Arya was excellent - I will continue to recommend him to friends and family, and when the time comes for the next house, he will be our first call!

Arya was a great realtor. Very responsive and took care of everything, from coordinating with tenants to setting up showings- he made selling a house so seamless. I will be working with Arya in the future.
