I could not have found anyone better than Yara to help me with the sale of my brother's house. I was a difficult time for me. Yara was understanding and caring. I lived an hour away but had no worries.She worked hard and kept me well informed. She did an amazing job. I would absolutely ?? recommend her.

Recently purchased my first ever apartment. Yara did an amazing job making the complicated process easier, knew all the details about the area, and was prompt with any requests or question I had. Overall I had a great experience, especially taking into consideration that this was my first ever purchase of property. I would highly recommend Yara without any reservation. She did a great job!

Yara was recommended to me, because I was looking for someone to educate me about the process and not just guide me through it. During the first consultation she explained the process to me after understanding what I ideally wanted to find. She was direct, realistic and never pushy. Every place that she showed to me was good for me (she truly understood what I wanted) and at the end I found a great place for myself. She negotiated for every offer and she followed up fast through every change. She also sold my place and when the buyer’s agent was missing, Yara jumped in and helped buyer for free in order to speed up this process. Yara always replied to my texts fast and she made this stressful experience fun, because Yara was calm and optimistic when I wasn’t at all. She is well connected with lenders, other agents, attorneys and when I had the loan issue, she re rerouted me and I successfully obtained mortgage. Working with Yara was truly a wonderful experience, she is one in a million, very knowledgeable and professional. She reached out on a Sunday, we spoke several times, met the following weekend and the house was listed. She came very prepared as I knew she would from speaking with her and had all her ducks in a row as they say. She recommended a topnotch cleaning lady to come in and clean the house for us and boy did they have their work cut out for them, the house never looked so good. When the house was ready to show she made a professional video of the neighborhood and the house inside and out that was unbelievable. Yara was always available for any questions that we had anytime of the day to speak with, she made the process a great experience. We would use her again and she is a wonderful friend now.

Yara is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, responsive and organized. She was right there with us every step of the way, guiding us through the entire process from submitting an offer all the way through to closing. She helped to move things along and went above and beyond for us. Our experience would not have been the same without her. We would 10/10 recommend Yara, she’s absolutely amazing.
