I had to sell my Mom's apartment in Riverdale and connected with Eric. It has been a chaotic couple of years because of it being a co-op, but Eric and his team handled the whole thing professionally and made sure it was handled correctly. I'm sure he's had more difficult homes to sell, but he never made me feel that the issues we were having were my fault, or that we couldn't overcome them. The suggestions he made for posting were spot on and was super easy to work with. If I ever need to be in the Westchester County or Riverdale area for real estate needs, I will definitely used Eric again.

Eric and Aimee were amazing! My daughter and I couldn't have asked for a better team. They worked with us thru the whole buying process and were very accommodating to our needs. Took the time to explain things in detail. A little hand holding went a long way! For that we are truly grateful. Great work guys...we couldn't have purchased in Mount Kisco without you. You were there for us and that's what counts the most to us.

Amanda has worked with us over the past couple of years to help us find our first home during a very tough housing market. She was very professional and at the same time made us feel that she cared for us to find the right house for us. She was honest and quick to tell us when she found out about something wrong and also when a special home came along she was very quick to alert us so we don’t miss out on it.
