Wow, Barb is amazing. She is very personable, friendly and is very knowledgeable about the whole housing market and how everything works. Barb or a team member were always on time to meet us at the houses we wanted to look at and once we decided on our house Barb worked quickly to get inspectors called and get things moving. She was also very good to mediate between what the lawyers were saying and what we actually needed to do. Now we are in our new home and are loving it. We were very honest to Barb about needing lots of updates to understand what all was going on in the contract process and how things were working and she made sure we understood and were updated. Barb and team members worked hard to make sure we could get our dream home. Thank you Barb and Noote Partners!

My wife and I recently completed the long and often stressful journey of building and buying a new home—all while living on the East Coast. Theresa was AMAZING to work with! We had a very short turnaround time to find and purchase a home - she went to work immediately for us finding homes for us to visit within 1-2 days. Theresa was very responsive, knowledgeable about the area, and most importantly she listened to what we wanted, was respectful of our needs, and worked hard to find us our dream home. When it was time to negotiate she provided us with solid advice and her negotiation skills were just what we needed to find a home and close within our 60 days timeframe. We couldn't have found this amazing home without Theresa!

Barb was great! Feedback when needed; help when needed (giving us boxes, picking up mail we forgot, etc). She’s knowledgeable, professional and personable. She sold our house quickly and got us what we wanted. I 100% whole heartedly recommend!

Our experience with Theresa started 2 years ago when we were looking for a home and ended up with a rental, which she also assisted from beginning to end. When we were ready to purchase, we had every confidence with Theresa's guidance (and really, support). She's capable, reliable, and answered each/all of our questions. The process felt very personal because of Theresa and we're extremely grateful (inlcluding her referrals - we didn't have to worry about a thing).
