Our experience with Theresa started 2 years ago when we were looking for a home and ended up with a rental, which she also assisted from beginning to end. When we were ready to purchase, we had every confidence with Theresa's guidance (and really, support). She's capable, reliable, and answered each/all of our questions. The process felt very personal because of Theresa and we're extremely grateful (inlcluding her referrals - we didn't have to worry about a thing).

Theresa is a great person to have to either buy, sell, or both. She was so helpful during my process of selling my old home and buying my current home. She kept everything smooth during the whole process and continued to make sure our concerns were taken care of if we had questions or concerns. Can't say enough about Theresa on her professionalism and her number one priority is her clients on what their needs and wants.

I cannot recommend Barb and the team at Noote Partners highly enough. My mother purchased a home within the last year, but soon after, we realized she needed to transition into an assisted living facility. I do not live in the area, and I did not know who can help me out, especially from over 1,000 miles away. I was referred to Barb by my neighbor, who is also with Compass, and I am beyond grateful for that connection. From the very beginning, Barb handled absolutely everything as if the house were her own. She organized cleaners, took stunning photos, and managed the entire sale process seamlessly. My mother couldn’t participate due to her health, and I was preparing for a lengthy and stressful process, especially since the type of home we were selling is notoriously difficult to move. However, Barb exceeded all expectations. We received an offer within a week—something I never expected! On top of that, Barb coordinated with the lawyers, ensured the house was completely cleared out, and regularly checked in on the property. She kept me in the loop every step of the way, making a potentially overwhelming situation feel effortless. From the time I first contacted Barb to the closing date, the entire process took just over one month, and we even received an offer that was much higher than we anticipated. Barb did nothing short of an outstanding job of selling my townhome. At the time I had found myself away from the Illinois where it was nearly impossible for me to be there to attend to any concerns or issues when they came up. She was always QUICK to address any issues and went the extra mile (repeatedly no less) to ensure a smooth process ensued for everyone involved. I would recommend her without hesitation!

Barb was amazing to work with from start to finish. When we started the process she walked me through all the steps we would take. Going through the process she explained everything thoroughly! And when the time came to sealing the deal on the house she provided people who she highly recommended and worked well with from the inspector to my lawyer who worked with all the documents. Anytime I had a question, she was right there with the answer. She didn’t allow me to settle, she kept searching for my dream home until we had to search no longer!
