We really appreciated Gary's patience and expertise in the real estate market. Gary was excellent at keeping us on track and focused. He was able to successfully guide us through all aspects of selling our home which was accomplished from listing to closing in 30 days. His suggestions for getting our house prepared were just what was needed and no more. In one case, he recommended we steam clean our carpet where other realtors had suggested we replace it. We took his advice on many things and our house sold for over asking price. Gary was always on hand for any questions or concerns we had. (Priscilla, you're the best!). In addition, he and Priscilla worked very hard to find our next place. We now live in one of those homes. It was a FULL circle of service! Gary made my first time home buying experience amazing. He is knowledgeable, intelligent, and not pushy in the slightest like some other agents I had spoken with. Most importantly, he listens! He not only helped me negotiate on the price of the home, but also did a lot of hand holding throughout the entire process, offering sound advice every step of the way. By doing so he ensured that I was not being taken advantage of, and that we were happy with our final decision. As difficult of an experience as the sellers agent tried to make it, Gary countered on our behalf repeatedly, giving us confidence that we definitely chose the right guy for the job. I would highly recommend Gary to anyone looking to buy a new home.

Extremely professional skills not only negotiation. I received very good advice before putting my home on the market. All the time available, easy to talk. Fantastic Agent and Amazing Person! We were incredibly fortunate to have met Gary, especially since we were inexperienced and first time home buyers. He gave us a very thorough introduction and explanation to the home buying game, and he landed our dream home in this very competitive market in 2021 . He is, hands down, an incredible strategist when it comes to putting in offers - he uses his well connected resources, effectively communicates to all parties, and is a great coach for approaching offers. When we went through escrow, he went above and beyond for us - he thoroughly reviewed our inspections, negotiated for credit where it was due, and guided us through the endless amounts of first time learning experiences. Patient, knowledgeable and overall great to deal with. Worked with Gary on both home buy and sells and always happy to work with him. This is the second time we sold a house with him.
