I cannot stress strongly enough that if you are looking to buy or sell a home in Marshall, McCracken, Livingston or Lyon counties or in Cadiz that this is the office you want to go to . I contacted Barkley and he did a walk through of the house my husband and I were wanting to sell in Gilbertsville within an hour of my call to him. Because he was going on vacation he gave us Del Henson's name to contact to get the ball rolling on our listing while he was gone. Ms. Henson within a few days had photos and a video taken on our house to post on all the realty sites and had the Lake Realty sign in our yard . The day after the sign was placed on our property Ms. Henson was negotiating for us with a potential buyer and the first of the following week we had a contract signed and closed on the home nine days later. The photos and video never made it on line because Ms. Henson sold the house so fast. To top all this off Ms. Henson is an absolute joy to be around, she is friendly and she will have you laughing through the entire process which is a pretty great combination when you add these qualities to how knowledgeable and efficient she is. Thank you Lake Realty for making selling our home a breeze and especially to Ms. Henson who is one special lady.
