When my husband passed away I had a lot to sell. Shannon worked very hard to find a buyer and made the sale transaction really smooth. .Shannon is very professional and friendly. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I have had several dealings with Shannon Copeland. All of them good. * As a retired Realtor in the West Kentucky area, you can believe me that there are a handful of really great Realtors, and Shannon is one of them. Shannon has years of experience and it shows in the way she handles transactions with ease. You would be hard put to find a more gracious lady. Not only is she a hard worker, but she’s an excellent communicator and will keep you informed every step of the way. She anticipates problems and gets them solved before they can become an issue. Dependable, knowledgeable, professional…….., I could go on and on. Just know that Shannon is the whole enchilada. If you’re considering buying or selling you can’t go wrong with Shannon Copeland.

Shannon has shown us property throughout the lakes area. She has extensive knowledge of all neighborhoods and subdivisions in and around the lakes. Her many years of real estate experience (including being a past MLS board president) made us feel we picked the right person to help us with our process.
